3 of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev friends were arrested by Federal Agents and they might be charged with Immigration Charges and Obstruction of Justice.
According to Federal Officials, Azamat Tazhayakuv, Dias Kadyrbayev both from Kazakhstan, and US Citizen Robel Phillios are all being held on Federal Charges for allegedly removing items and destroying documents.
The Feds are saying that these document and items could've allegedly linked the brothers to the crime scene.
