According to Law Enforcement Officials, a 3 year old and 12 others were shot and wounded inside a Chicago Park.

The 3 year old is in critical condition because he was shot in the head and the bullet exited his mouth.

He is being treated at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago.

When is this senseless violence going to end.
