According to Law Enforcement Officials, Motorcyclist Christopher Cruz was arrested a few days ago for allegedly causing that vehicle accident involving at lease 50 Bikers and a Range Rover that went viral over the Internet.

The Police are charging Mr.Cruz with reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child because they said he initiated the accident by stopping short in front of the Range Rover.

The driver of the Range Rover Alexian Lien will not be charged.
