Brooklyn Promoter Lou Galluch said that Harlem Rap Artist Cam'ron was suppose to perform at a New Year Eve party but, he was a no show and walked away with $7,000 of his money.
Gulluch said he doesn't blame Cam for the misunderstanding and has no intention of filing a Lawsuit at this time.
