According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, Chris Brown was taken into custody by the LA County Sheriff's Department on Friday after being kicked out of the Malibu Rehab Center.

Chris Brown will probably have to send at least 30 days in jail and could get more time but, that depends on how successful his Attorney is on Monday when he speaks with the Judge.
