According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, the Miami police Department allegedly forged the intoxication report alleging that Justin Bieber was driving under the influence of alcohol.

The official report indicates that Justin Bieber's blood alcohol level was only .014 and not .08 which is the legal level of a person thats drunk.

The case is now under investigation.
