According to police reports, former Love & Hip Hop Reality Star Benzino was upset with his landlord because, he was being evicted from his apartment, the landlord alleged that the former star hasn't paid rent since March 2020, Benzino said he shouldn't have to pay rent due to Covid-19 and was arrested for refusing to leave his apartment.
