According to numerous reports, Mr. Ahmaud Arbery was jogging in his own neighborhood in Georgia when Gregory McMichaels and his son Travis McMicheals observed him running, the two men allegedly armed themselves with a shotgun, jumped in their truck and pursued Mr. Arbery.

Reports are also suggesting that the two men caught up with Mr. Ahmaud Arbery, Travis McMichaels jumped out of the truck with the shotgun, an alleged fight ensued over the shotgun and Mr. Arbery was shot and killed.

After two months of delays and a number protests Mr. Gregory McMichaels and his son Travis McMichaels were both arrested and charged with murder.
