Kanye West celebrated his 36th birthday at Ms. Lilly's In New York City with his baby Momma to be Kim Kardashian, Jay-Z, Nas, Beyonce and "No Fans".

I'm not sure why "No Fans" were invited to the birthday bash but I hope Mr. West will reconsider and invite some of his fans and media outlets "www.whatshotinhiphop.com" to his next birthday extravaganza.
