According to the California Highway Police Department,
Comedian Kevin Hart was pulled over about 4:30am and arrested for DWI.
The Police Officer said Mr. Hart was allegedly driving erratic on the 101 Freeway and almost crashed into an oil tanker truck.
He was booked at a local Police Station and released on $5,000 bond.
