According to our source close to the situation, former Minnesota Police Officer Derek Chauvin who placed his knee on the neck of Mr. George Chauvin for more than 8 minutes and died is now being charged with 3rd degree murder.

Mr. George Floyd was seen on national television begging for his life and telling officer Chauvin that he couldn't breathe but, to no avail.
