According to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department. a party goer who wanted his $30 cover charge back from Las Vegas Bally's Nightclub allegedly opened fire on a Security Guard and killed him.

The unidentified man also shot and wounded two Bally Employees.

The man was eventually taken into custody and is now waiting to appear before the Judge.
