According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, the Scottsdale Arizona Police Department said a club-goer name Steven Donaldson filed a report alleging that P Diddy assaulted him before leaving a Super Bowl Party.

The report also alleged that Mr. Donaldson was upset because he paid $100 to get into the club and P Diddy stayed in the VIP section most of the night.
