According to Law Enforcement Officials, a white South Carolina Police Officer name Michael T. Slager has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing an unarmed black man name Scott.

The entire incident was caught on video, Mayor Keith Summey said Police Officer Michael T. Slager made

"a bad decision".

State Officials said Scott was only running away because he was allegedly behind in child support payments.
