According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Bobby Shmurda said that the NYPD allegedly framed him because he was a rapper and black, he also said the only witnesses to his alleged crimes are 3 police officers who harassed him in the past.

Bobby's attorney wanted to see the police disciplinary records but, the Judge disagreed.
