According to unconfirmed reports, Rap Artist Chief Keefs Step-Brother was visiting his uncle in West Pullman and was shot in the back of the head while sitting in his car.

The 19 year old Ulysses "Chris" Gissendannar is now part of the growing Chicago Violence statistics. 

The case is now under investigation.
