According to our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Rick Ross ankle bracelet started beeping while President Obama was speaking at the "Obama's Brothers Keeper Initiative for Men of Color" event in the White House.

Rick's ankle bracelet was part of his release condition set by the Judge in his allege kidnapping case.

Rap Artists Nicki Minaj, Busta Rhymes and DJ Khale were also present at the White House for this event.
