According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, up and coming R&B Singer B Smyth was pulled over by the Coral Spring"s Police Department for allegedly tailgating.

The police issued him a summons but, he refused to accept it and allegedly told the police officers they only stop him because he was black, he also allegedly told the officers that he was going to sleep with one of their wives.

Apparently that all the police officers could take and so they locked the R&B Singer up for trespassing in the gas station where they pulled him over at.
