The R&B Singer R Kelly had some financial problems in 2011 and was trying to sell his Mansion for $1.6 Million Dollars.

His Bank alleges that he hasn't made a mortgage payment in well over a year.

The bank foreclosed on the property and auctioned off his Illinois Mansion for $950,000.

R Kelly paid $3.5 Million Dollars to have it built.
