According to our sources close to the situation, Rap Artist Tekashi 6ix9ine is alleging that Singers Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande paid their way to the top to secure the number 1 spot on the Billboard's chart but, Justin Bieber said that's not true, he went on by saying the rules are clear according to Nielsen Company and said it was his fans that put him in the number 1 spot and not the use of a credit card to purchase his own albums.
