According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, Radio and TV Talk Host Steve Harvey was accused of allegedly beating his 11 year old son with a belt and paddle ball paddle.

The Texas Police Department took pictures of the alleged bruises.

Steve Harvey's Rep said the Texas Department of Child Protective Services closed the case without further investigation.

Steve Harvey's Ex-Wife Mary said it was all a cover-up.
