According to the New York City Police Department, Naeem Davis 30, allegedly pushed a Subway Rider to his death after the two had a verbal altercation.
Mr. Davis was arrested and charged with murder.
A New York Post Photographer took a picture of the victim just before he was fatally struck by the train.
