According to Federal Officials, a cooperating witness told Federal Agents that he shot Suge Knight the former Founder and CEO of Death Row Records back in 2005 at a party hosted by Kanye West at the Shore Club.

The Federal Witness aka "CW-3" (Confidential Witness-3) also said James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond allegedly ordered the Hit, give him the gun and paid him $10,000 in cash.
