According to TMZ and Court documents, Misa Hylton Brim the mother of P Diddy's firstborn son Justin, Westchester house was foreclosed on by the bank.

Bank officials alleged that they stopped receiving mortgage payments in 2010 and is now ready to auction the house off so they can try and get back the remaining balance which is $622,518.

No comment from P Diddy's camp.
