TSA Officer Gerardo Hernandez was allegedly shot and killed by 23 year old Paul Anthony Ciancia.

Witnesses said, after Ciancia shot Gerado the first time he walked away only to return and shoot him again.

Paul Anthony Ciancia was eventually shot and wounded by the Airport Police and taken into custody.

If convicted he could face life in prison without parole.
