According to Boulder County District Attorney Michael Dougherty, 10 people including one police officer was killed when a man started shooting with a rifle inside a Boulder Colorado Supermarket, Police Officer Eric Talley 51, was the first officer to respond but,was fatally shot and killed. The alleged suspect, 21 year old Ahamd Al Aliwi was taken into custody with a gun shot wound to his leg, authorities said he will be charged with 10 counts of second degree murder.
