According to Law Enforcement Officials and the Chicago Tribune, 6 Month-old Jonylah Watkins was shot multiple times and killed in Woodlawn Chicago.
Her father was also shot but is listed in serious but stable condition.
The case is under Investigation but no arrest have been made at this time.
The family is offering a $15,000 reward for the arrest of the shooter.
