Jonathan A. Kirby the alleged burglar who got an old school beat down by LL Cool J has just been charged with a crime.
According to TMZ, Mr. Kirby was charged with 1st degree burglary and if convicted he could spend up to 38 years in prison.
The LA District Attorney's Office is charging him as a 3 Strike Felony Offender.
