According to the LAPD, 
A woman called the Police on Terrell Owens because he refused to leave her property. 
The woman said she told Mr.Owens that he no longer  welcome and that's  what initiated the whole situation.
Terrell wasn't arrested  but the Police did allegedly escort him off of the woman property.
