The 30 Rock Actor, Alec Baldwin was accused of shoving and punching a Daily News Reporter name Marcus Santos as he was leaving the courthouse with his fiancee.
According to other witnesses, Marcus Santos allegedly hit the actor in the face with his camera and so Alec was aggressively moving toward the reporter to avoid being hit for a second time.
Mr Santos filed a criminal police report against Mr. Baldwin with the New York City Police Department.
