Alleged victim Shenick Alcine, filed a Lawsuit against A$AP Rocky claiming the Rapper was allegedly High when he beat him down.
Mr. Alcine never specified what type of drug he allegedly saw Rocky use before he delivered those blows.
No comment from the A$AP Rocky Camp concerning these new allegations.
