According to reports sent to TMZ, Usher's stepson Kyle is not doing very well.
The Doctors said they have not seen any brain activity progress from Kyle since his accident.
They are now declaring him brain dead.
Usher and his ex-wife Tameka are both by their son bedside waiting to hear more from the Doctors.
