According to TMZ and other sources close to the situation, Washington DC Prosecutor's office said they might have enough evidence to charge Chris Brown with a felony for allegedly assaulting a man.

Chris Brown's Lawyer is asking the Judge to dismiss the charges on the grounds that the prosecutor's office is misusing the Grand Jury system.
