According to numerous reports. Country Singer Mindy McCready was found died presumedly from a self-Inflicted gunshot wound. 
She was allegedly having some mental health issues and struggling with a drug addiction.
Her Boyfriend, Record Producer David Wilson recently took his own life.
Mindy was only 37 years old.
