Josh Brent the Dallas Cowboys Nose Tackle was arrested and charged with DWI and Intoxication Manslaughter.
According to the Irving Police Department Josh Brent was allegedly driving at a
high rate of speed when his car flipped over and killed 25 year old Jerry Brown who was a passenger and team mate.
