According to TMZ, 53 year old Jeffrey Johnson was fired from his job last year and allegedly came back with a 45 caliber pistol for revenge.
Witnesses said he went back to his old job and killed one of his former
co-workers before the Police shot and killed him in front of the Empire State Building.
