Faith Evans the former wife of the B.I.G allegedly forgot to pay her taxes to the state of California from 2008 thru 2010.
The state claims that Ms Evans owe a whopping 60,000.00 in back taxes and will give her time to pay them before they consider using other means to collect on that debt.
The state of California has the right to seize her property and bank accounts if she fails to pay the state back within a reasonable time.
