Spin Artist Promotions is suing Flo Rida for alleged breach of contract and is seeking $200,000 in damages.
According to Court documents, Flo Rida signed a written contract indicating that he would perform 10 shows in Canada.
The promotion Company claims that it lost thousands of dollars in ticket sales because Flo never showed.
