According to the Chicago Police Department, they obtained a video tape that was recorded by the Chicago Based  Gangster Disciples.
The Police said the Gang allegedly told the Boss Rick Ross to cut a Check for their Founder or face some deadly consequences
The Police are now investigating the allegations.
