According to sources close to the situation, Halle Berry's fiancé Olivier Martinez allegedly beat the Sh@t out of her Ex-Boyfriend Gabriel Audry. He was arrested but later released and Gabriel is insisting that the charges be upheld. Mr. Martinez is claiming that he was just defending himself .
