The promising Harlem Rapper Max B was arrested 6 years ago and sentenced to 75 years in prison for allegedly masterminding a deadly Robbery.
He was patiently awaiting an appeal from the Court for six years.
Unfortunately, the appeals Court heard his argument and upheld his murder conviction.
Max, won't be eligible for parole until 2042.
