As the CEO of www.whatshotinhiphop.com, I was so surprised about how receptive the people of the Dominican Republic were when it came to Hip Hop Music.
The men and women of this beautiful Country knew a lot of the Rappers names and songs, they were also familiar with our Whatshotinhiphop.com Facebook Wall and stated that they unitized this platform to keep in touch with the current events surrounding Hip Hop Music around the world.
They were even hopeful that the Hip Hop Community would one day band together and produce a concert in their country, never again will I underestimate the demographics of Hip Hop because the people of DR made it perfectly clear that they too are a big part of this unique culture.
