According to the Village Voice, James Rosemond has confessed to the Federal Authorities that he set up the shooting of Tupac  Shakur in 1994.
Mr. Rosemond confession was part of a plea deal which means that he will never be charged with this crime.
The confession came on May 14, in Brooklyn Federal Court when Mr. Rosemond was charged and convicted of trafficking thousands of Kilos across state lines.
