According to TMZ and a TMZ Video, Justin Bieber Confronts a Photographer as he was leaving the Hospital in London.

According to witnesses and Video, the Photog allegedly told Justin that he would kick him back to America.

Apparently this upset young Singer and his bodyguard had to come between the two so things didn't escalate.
