LA County, Justin Bieber alleged beat down of a photographer is now being investigated by the Prosecutor's Office.
Mr. Bieber is a prime suspect in an alleged Criminal Battery case and the Prosecutor's Office would like to question him but he is currently in Norway.
On the night of the alleged beat down, the victim was taken to the hospital in an ambulance and treated for cuts and bruises.
If Justin is convicted of these charges he could face up to 5 months in jail.
