According to Law Enforcement Officials, Pop Star Justin Bieber was pulled over by the Police for allegedly blowing passed a stop sign and not having a valid California drivers license.

Justin Bieber was given two citations for the violations and his passenger was ordered to drive his car back to the singers house.
