According to court documents, Kanye West and Roc-A-Fella Records are both being sued. TufAmerica Inc claims that the Roc used music from a song called "Hook and Sling" in which they owned the Copyrights since 1969.
TufAmerica Inc said that Kanye allegedly used their copyrighted music for a song called "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy".
