According to the LA Prosecutors Office, Kanye West might be made an example of for allegedly attacking a photographer and damaging his equipment.

Mr. West have a history of allegedly attacking members of the paparazzi in the past, if convicted he could face up to six months in jail and pay a hefty fine.
