Katherine Jackson has decided to file for joint guardianship of MJ's Kids.
TJ who was awarded temporary guardianship from the Courts is said to be in agreement with this idea.
The kids are also in favor of this idea and if granted by the Court, Mrs Jackson will continue to be in control over the $70,000 per month allowance to manage the Estate.
