Katie Holmes has filed for divorce in the State of New York because she feels that the Mission Impossible Actor will try and control their daughter Suri, views on Religion.
Katie is also filing for complete custody of their child.
She said it's not about the money because she has her own money and the Prenup agreement will also leave her pretty well off.
